General Information

We are pleased to deploy our fully automated billing and management system.
You can now pay your bill online and retain your "Preferred Customer" status.

What is a "Preferred Customer"? If you have paid one MONTHLY PAYMENT you are a preferred customer. A preferred customer enjoys the lowest possible monthly rate of $35.00.

To maintain your "Preferred Customer" status only one thing is required. The sole requirement is that your bill is paid by the DUE DATE. In the past this has been the 1st day of each month.

With this automatic system we will no longer be able to provide a grace period to the 10th day of the month.

Billing By Email

We will no longer send a bill by USPS, rather you will provided an easy to access bill reminder in your email. Please provide a current and working email address in the User information for billing purposes. It is also strongly suggested that you complete all the User personal information so we can contact you if necessary.

We can accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All online transactions are done through PayPal SECURE connections. YOUR CREDIT CARD information is totally encrypted from your computer to the PayPal secure server. NETXWI does not record, access or retain any of your Credit Card or PayPal account details. The only information we retain is the standard payment notification issued by PayPal upon successful completion of the transaction. 

With the new billing system you can easily print out your own invoice from your own account monthly, quarterly, yearly or anytime and as often as you like.

Changing Your Due Date - Optional

If you would like to change your payment due date we can accept a one time adjustment. 

You will have to purchase internet by the day until the date you wish to set for your monthly payment. This can be done at any time in the month of January or February and will allow your service to continue until the new due date you select. For example, if you want to pay on the 5th of each month, you would make a one time daily purchase for 4 days at any time before February 28, 2009. From March forward your due date would always be the 5th of the month. This adjustment service will only be available thru Feb 28th. The cost per day will be $1.16. 

Once your due date is adjusted it will always be the same with no grace period. In the event you lose your "Preferred Customer" status you will be required to purchase one month of regular Customer Service at the rate of $49.95 and then you will return to "Preferred ! Customer" status on your next billing date (this also requires a manual adjustment so you will have to call during that month).
